Home Inspection Services

Maximize Your inspection

We respect and value your time so we ask that you please prepare for your inspection so that it can be conducted with ease.

  1. Clean Up & Declutter

Tidy up each room, clear pathways,
remove clutter, and ensure access to
key areas. The inspector needs to
examine everything like attics,
basements and closets.

2. Utilities on & replace old bulbs

Ensure that water, electricity, and gas
are all turned on so the inspector can
test all systems and appliances. To
avoid any suspicions on electrical
issues, replace burned out light bulbs.

3.Provide access

The totality of your home is being inspected. Proper keys, remote and codes are necessary for things like sheds, garages and outer structures being sold with the home.

4. Secure Pets

During any inspection it is best that
pets are not present, or they are put
away in a safe area, allowing the
inspection to not be disturbed.
