need full access to the home to include both inside & outside. Not having proper access to the property
will cause you to forfeit your appointment and will have to pay for an inspector to come back out.
Full Home Inspection on an occupied property: The presence of the owner/ occupant can confirm specific
details, unique features such as operating systems, maintenance history or appliance ages, which can
help the inspector gain a complete understanding resulting in a more accurate report.

Wind Mitigation and a Four Point Inspection: Your presence is required. The inspector must have your
signature upon completion, therefore you or a representative 18 or older must be present.

Please read your inspection agreement found in your email upon scheduling.

Replacement Receipt may be used in lieu of a permit if the receipt has the date of installation.

A home inspection is not a pass-or-fail evaluation. Instead, your report will be used to assess potential
